Ms. Ledwich's work focuses on program management, project management and scheduling assignments in the construction and real estate development industry. She has had management responsibilities in the successful development and construction of over 8 million square feet of space and has over 25 years of industry experience. Her market sector experience includes medical, industrial, aviation, institutional, mixed-use and educational projects in both the private and public sectors. She has earned both LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and a Florida Certified General Contractor License. Projects include: Hartsfield Jackson Airport International Terminal (Atlanta, GA), The Banks (Cincinnati, OH), Palisades Office Park (Atlanta, GA), Lindberg City Center (Atlanta, GA), and Center for Advanced Healthcare (Tampa, FL).
