The Winstead Group is proud to have partnered with Jamestown on the transformative redevelopment of the historic Sears, Roebuck & Co. building in Atlanta. This extensive rehabilitation project encompassed 550,000 square feet of office space, 300,000 square feet of retail space, 40,535 square feet dedicated to educational use, 32,751 square feet of open space and landscaping, and 259 residential units. Recognized with the 2016 ULI Global Award for Excellence, the project stands as a model of adaptive reuse. The Winstead Group served as the Owner’s Representative, with team members actively involved in base building construction, site planning, and the buildout of office, retail, and residential spaces.
